
This year Christmas at The Pantry sees Executive Pastry Chef Callum Liddicoat and his team bring a collection of Christmas treats for the family to enjoy over the festive summer season. Forget about slaving away in the kitchen once the salads, ham and the trimmings have been dealt with and put your trust in our in-house pastry team. They have been busy mixing, rolling, and baking gingerbread for houses, sweet pastry for their boozy Christmas tarts, along with a selection of roulades, summer berry and cherry tarts, a beautiful layered pistachio raspberry and vanilla gateaux and “The Pantry’s” village of Christmas cookies.

“I wanted to bring back that nostalgic feeling of when I was young”, says Callum, “Christmas was a huge thing when I was growing up, from heading out with Dad to pick up the tree from the side of the road, helping mum decorate the house, or pumping out those Christmas tunes around the pool under the Gold Coast sun and making sure we had all our treats ready to go on the 24th of December for carols by candlelight”
