Whipped Vanilla Chantilly and Raspberry Curd rolled up in a Burnt Vanilla Sponge, covered in a Mascarpone Cream rolled in a mix of desiccated and shredded Coconut. The Roulade is topped with a Mascarpone Cream Patisserie and fresh seasonal Berries.
