The Choc’o Cherry Tart is a take on the Black Forest delight, constructed with a soft Chocolate Ganache on the bottom of the tart shell, a layer of Cherry Confit and finished with a Dark Chocolate Whipped Ganache, Salted White Chocolate Cream, Dark Chocolate Whipped Ganache and a fresh Cherry Compote.

15cm in diameter serves 6 to 8 dessert portions
25cm in diameter serves 12 to 16 dessert portions
