The Choc Cherry Tart is a take on black forest, constructed with a soft chocolate ganache on the bottom of the tart shell, a layer of cherry confit and finished with a dark chocolate whipped ganache, salted white chocolate cream, dark chocolate whipped ganache and a fresh cherry compote.
