Comprising of four layers of Gluten Free Baked Ricotta and Raspberry Butter Cake, layered with a Whipped Vanilla Mascarpone Cream and Raspberry Confit. The cake is then covered in the best strawberries from Clevedon Strawberries.

Serving:
Cake Size – 20cm diameter, with a height around 30 to 35cm.
Serves 18 to 32 dessert size portions or 36 to 64 party size portions
