With a Spiced Sponge made with Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg, the Sponge is then rolled up in Salted Caramel and Burnt Vanilla Cream. Covered in a Milk Chocolate Glaze and rolled in a mix of Chocolate Crumb, roasted White Chocolate and an Aniseed Praline mix. The roulade is then finished with Milk Chocolate Whipped Ganache, fresh Cherries and Chocolate decoration.
