This Tropical Fruit layered Trifle will give you all the Summer vacation feelings. Starting from the bottom, Passion Fruit, Mango and Lychee Jelly, Coconut Vanilla Panna Cotta, GF Vanilla Sponge, Tropical Fruit Compote (Pineapple, Kiwi Fruit, Mango and Lychee) Mango Gel, topped with a Mascarpone Cream Patisserie. The Trifle is then finished with a Salted Vanilla whipped Ganache, more Tropical Fruit Salsa and White Chocolate flowers.
