Santa’s Tropical Vacation Dessert Jar starts with layers of coconut whipped ganache, vanilla bean custard, a layer of tropical jelly, ricotta butter sponge and two layers of a fresh tropical salsa consisting if pineapple, kiwifruit, mango and lychee.
