Make your Easter morning or afternoon tea catch ups that little bit more special with The Pantry’s Hot X Bun Wreath. Comprising of 8 hot cross buns baked in a round cake ring to give it that festive look.
Using a similar dough to that of our famous donuts, these buns are packed with rum soaked raisins, currants, sultanas, and citrus peel mixed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, coriander, tonka bean, black pepper, cardamom, and clove. Finished off with the traditional cross, once baked these buns are brushed with a citrus spiced rum sticky glaze.
Please note that for food safety reasons butter is not included.

Storage:
The Hot X Bun Wreath can last up to 4 days. Once the buns have lost their first day freshness, they are best eaten toasted with plenty of butter and a touch of sea salt.
Heating Instructions:
To heat the wreath as a whole, wrap in tin foil and place in oven on 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Slightly open the tin foil and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes to toast up the tops of the bun. Serve with plenty of butter and sea salt.
