an oldie but a goodie – a recipe that Callum has been using since his first days of being an apprentice. this moist carrot and walnut cake won’t disappoint – 2 layers jam packed with carrot, walnuts and spices – sandwiched with a salted vanilla whipped ganache, Orelys ganache and walnuts.
