Summer Berry Tart is constructed with a house made tart shell, filled with a vanilla cream patisserie, raspberry and strawberry confit and finished with a a vanilla white chocolate mascarpone cream. Finished with a salted vanilla whipped ganache and jam packed with either just strawberries or mixed berries.
