The Summer Berry Tart is constructed with a house-made Tart Shell, filled with a Vanilla Cream Patisserie, Raspberry and Strawberry Confit and topped with Mascarpone Cream Patisserie.
The tart is finished with a Salted Vanilla Whipped Ganache and jam packed with fresh Strawberries and mixed Berries.
