This year, Executive Pastry Chef Callum Liddicoat and his team have moved away from the traditional hollow chocolate egg. Creating a fresh take on the Cadbury crème egg, The Egg is jammed packed with a centre of salted mango caramel and a light whipped caramel Chantilly. It has then been covered in a 55% Valrhona Itakuja chocolate, exploding with aromas of passion fruit and a powerful chocolaty taste. The Egg is then sprayed with colourful chocolate flicks.
