This vegan cake bar recipe is Callum’s go to for your everyday chocolate fudge cake. Topped with a rich water ganache and dark chocolate shavings.

Cake best eaten on the day and at room temperature – if needed, cake can be stored in an air tight container for 48hrs.  Cake can be refrigerated however, please allow cake to come to room temperature before consuming
