Each Sunday, our chefs curate a line‑up that heroes New Zealand’s favourite BBQ meats:
- Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 February: Lamb loin chop with minted potato, pea salad and brioche roll
- Sunday 22 February: 1/2 chicken flame‑kissed, BBQ flavour, mac salad, coleslaw with soft roll
- Sunday 1 March: Hanger steak served with Kumara-rocket, bacon salad and garlic bread
- Sunday 8 March: Asian Pork with Nam Jin Bok Choy Slaw, crispy fried salad and bao bun
- Sunday 15 March: Mt Cook Salmon, summer salad with grilled sour dough
