“Back by popular demand, the only thing that’s changed is my name!” – A sweet vanilla sablé filled with layers of vanilla pastry cream, vanilla sponge and raspberry confit. The top of the tart is piped with a velvet salted vanilla whipped ganache and topped with fresh summer berries.
