Picking up your order

All orders will be available for 10.30am or 1.30pm pick up on the day specified. Should you require an earlier pick up or need to change your date, please contact The Pantry team as soon as possible. If the item has already been made, we may not be able to change the date.

For any large orders outside of the available dates, please contact The Pantry team.

Morning pick up is 10.30am
Afternoon pick up is 1.30pm

If ordering both perishable and non-perishable goods in one order, the order will default to the perishable item date. Should you wish to pick up the non-perishable items earlier, please do these as separate orders, or contact The Pantry team.


We accept all major credit cards for online purchases.

Cash and Eftpos can be used at The Pantry should you wish to order in-store.

Quality & Safety

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we will make every effort to display the colours accurately, your products may vary slightly from the images on our website.

All NZ food has been prepared in The Park Hyatt’s pastry kitchen, which is a fully certified commercial kitchen.

Please note that products may contain allergens, including gluten and nuts even when they are not specified in the product. All items are prepared in a kitchen where gluten and nuts are present, however please be assured that we take every care possible.

We do not offer dairy free or vegan cakes at this time.

Product Care

Please refrigerate Roulades, Trifles, and Tarts as soon as you return to your destination.

Tarts are best eaten within 48hrs, keep in the refrigerator at all times.

Roulades and Trifles are best eaten within 72hrs, keep in the refrigerator at all times.

Gingerbread houses and wreath will stay fresh in a container for up to 21 days. These do not need to be refrigerated.

Celebratory Cakes are best eaten within four days and at room temperature,  in between eating, store in the refrigerator.

Once processed the order will be immediately confirmed. Please be mindful before putting an order through as it is non-refundable.
