What is the minimum order for catering?
Most catering options require a minimum of 6 items per order. Please check individual menu items for specific requirements.
Are beverages included?
Beverages are not included in the catering menu but can be added and purchased during pickup.
Can I customize my order?
We offer flexibility within our À La Carte options. For other menus, customization may be limited. Please reach out to discuss your needs.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
What are your cancellation, deposit and payment policies?
3 business days prior: No cancellation fee
2 business days prior: 50% of the total order will be charged
1 business day prior: 100% of the total order will be charged
Do you offer delivery?
We currently do not offer delivery. Pick-up is available between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM at The Pantry.
Is there a risk of cross-contamination for allergens?
While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies in the “Notes” section at checkout.
How can I provide dietary requirements?
Simply add your dietary requirements in the “Notes” section at checkout. While our team will do their best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that all allergies or dietary restrictions can be met.
