This roulade is back because it’s a personal favorite and has graced a lot of menus throughout the year in the hotel. This spicy roulade will give you all the Christmas feelings in every bite, with a gingerbread sponge rolled up in salted caramel and burnt vanilla whipped ganache, with a milk chocolate glaze then rolled in chocolate, aniseed crumble. Finished with milk chocolate mousse, fresh cherries and blackberries.
