Back by popular demand, this spiced roulade is a classic Christmas dessert. A gingerbread sponge rolled with salted caramel and burnt vanilla whipped ganache, glazed in milk chocolate, and coated in a chocolate-aniseed crumble. Finished with milk chocolate mousse, fresh cherries, and blackberries for a festive flourish.
