No Christmas celebration is complete without a multilayer trifle bowl in the middle of all the other treats. Merry Berry trifle starts with a layer of Vanilla panna cotta, followed by a berry consommé jelly. Then the fun part starts with layers of vanilla sponge, fresh berry compote, raspberry gel, swirls of raspberry curd with salted vanilla whipped ganache. The trifle is then finished with fresh berries, meringue and Christmas decoration.
