Ms. Claus has pulled out all stops with her punch bowl – with hits of spiced rum and Malibu. With layers of coconut panna cotta and tropical fruit jelly to start. Then with a layer of whipped passionfruit lime curd, coconut sponge, and compressed rum pineapple, folded in with mango and kiwi fruit. Then topped with a vanilla custard. Finished with a coconut salted vanilla cream and more of the tropical fruit compote.
