Layers of coconut panna cotta and tropical fruit jelly set the stage, followed by whipped passionfruit-lime curd, coconut sponge, and rum-soaked pineapple folded with mango and kiwi. Topped with silky vanilla custard, finished with coconut-salted vanilla cream and a vibrant tropical fruit compote.
