A new roulade on the block to celebrate that kiwi Summer VIBE – a silky coconut whipped ganache, layered with a passionfruit and mango curd, pineapple confit all rolled up in a soft vanilla sponge. The roulade is then covered in a torched light meringue – topped with thinly poached fresh pineapple and chucks of mango.
