This year sees the arrival of “THE GRINCH MATCHA AND STRAWBERRY TART” – a sweet vanilla sable base filled with a soft whipped mascarpone cream, strawberry confit and vanilla sponge – topped with a delicate matcha whipped ganache, fresh strawberries and raspberries and Christmas decoration.
