The ‘Berri’d’ roulade. Whipped vanilla Chantilly, raspberry curd and raspberry gel rolled up in a vanilla sponge, covered in a mascarpone cream and rolled in shredded coconut. The roulade is then topped with beautifully fresh seasonal berries and Christmas decorations.
