This Summer Berry layered Trifle will finish off any great Christmas party. Starting from the bottom, Red Berry and Rhubarb Consommé Jelly, Vanilla Panna Cotta, GF Vanilla Sponge, fresh Summer Berries, Raspberry Gel, topped with a Mascarpone Cream Patisserie. The Trifle is then finished with a Salted Vanilla Whipped Ganache, Fresh Berries and White Chocolate Flowers.
