A dark chocolate sablé filled with a layer of soft chocolate, chocolate sponge, cherry compote, and a whipped vanilla pâtisserie cream. The tart is topped with a silky-smooth whipped milk chocolate ganache and a macerated cherry compote. Think of a black forest cake but in a tart!
