No Christmas is complete without a Binge on Ginger – this wreath style cake has depth in all things ginger and spices, with an added layer of dark Molasses. The cake is then decorated with a icing sugar glaze (to mimic snow) topped with gingerbread stars, candied oranges and snowflake decorations.
