This winter, The Pantry welcomes an exciting new collaboration with Pie Rolla’s, bringing a limited‑time pie pop‑up at Auckland Harbour. From 25th June, The Pantry Hut transforms into a destination for handcrafted pies, offering a seasonal experience that blends comforting flavours with modern creativity.
About Pie Rolla’s
Pie Rolla’s story rooted in tradition. Founder Lewis Mazza‑Carson, an award‑winning Auckland chef, draws inspiration from recipes passed down through his family. Each pie combines nostalgic flavours with bold, modern elements, designed for today’s palate. Pie Rolla’s is crafted using all-buttery pastry, slow-cooked fillings and small-batches technique ensuring quality in every bite.

The Winter Hut will feature a rotating selection of Pie Rolla’s signature creations, encouraging guests to return and explore new flavours throughout the season.

The Pantry Hut opens from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am with pies baked fresh daily and available only while stocks last.
