Chocolate raspberry and salted caramel cake


Chocolate mud cake – layered with a dark chocolate ganache, with swirls of raspberry gel and salted caramel – topped with more ganache salted caramel and raspberry gel. Finished off with freeze dried raspberries, strawberries, crunchy pearls and flowers

This is my go-to chocolate mud cake – heavy as a brick, fudgy and best eaten at room temperature – enjoy.
